She is a highly regarded executive professional in the payments industry across the Asian continent and around the Globe. She is a direct registrant with, and responsible for the oversight and reporting of VASU to the AMLC in the Philippines. She is additionally a recipient of the Corporate Compliance Rural Bank designation and training program necessary of all board of directors to participate in the management of licensed institutions in the Philippines under the purview of the BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas). She is incredibly well versed in the regulatory scope and requirements necessary to be effective and compliant as a designated Non-Bank Financial Institution and is in charge of preparation and submission management of all necessary AMLC related documentation to be provided to the appropriate regulatory bodies in the Philippines. She is certified in ‘Fintech Innovation and Transformation in Financial Services’ from the National University Business School in Singapore, and her direct experience provides her with direct knowledge of worldwide license and regulatory requirements that govern international and cross-border payment transactions. She is well seasoned and full of practical information and know-how to ensure compliance and regulation is properly adhered to and always considered well driving strategic international business development initiatives.
